ALIO has introduced its new 2 (µII) High Precision Motion Systems family to compete in the lower cost, low precision micron world. Demands for low cost, mid-precision, and reliable long travel stages influence ALIO’S decision to move into this market.
As with all ALIO products, the High Precision Motion Systems line was designed using ALIO’S uncompromising standards of “QUALITY FIRST” to ensure long-term reliable operations.
The Micron-II line of linear stages is a robust, powerful line that is designed to be used as stand-alone or a top axis of an integrated solution.
These easily configurable stages can be used as a single axis stacked in XY orientations, or complete gantry operation. ALIO platforms are easily set up to handle the complex motion requirements for rigid gantry motion.
The µII recirculating ball rail bearing stages come as a standard for sizes 100mm up to 1 meter to provide the end-user with a solution for a variety of applications. OEM products will be considered as well as private labelling for those companies wanting their name on the products and systems.
