AOC2000
Laser Marking Workstation
The AOC2000 laser marking workstation is a user-friendly, highly integrated advanced laser marking system capable of handling virtually any industrial marking application.
The Class I laser-safe workstation includes XYZ servo-controlled axes for workpiece positioning and laser focal height adjustment along with a coaxial CCD camera for precise location of the laser markings onto the workpiece, all integrated with our intuitive user interface (GUI).
The AOC2000 comes equipped with a state-of-the-art Picosecond or Femtosecond laser dependent upon customer processing requirements. High contrast, corrosion-resistant permanent marks can be achieved on a broad range of materials including metals, polymers, glass, ceramics, and more.
Femtosecond lasers are particularly well suited for processing delicate or brittle materials, as the ultrashort pulse length coupled with high peak power can mark or cut virtually any material with excellent quality and no heat-affected zone (HAZ).
